Addition of a new cafeteria to the existing school. Work to include, but not limited to the following: site work, utility relocation, polished concrete floor, CMU/brick exterior wall construction, CMU and metal stud interior walls, EPDM Roofing, exterior aluminum doors and windows, interior wood doors with HM frames, door hardware, interior painting, ACT ceiling. Minor modifications to existing adjacent building. Corresponding structural, mechanical, and electrical work will be included.
