Work to include the complete renovation of one set of gang toilets. Demolition Work to include, but not limited to, partial CMU wall, concrete floors, plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, light fixtures, and ceilings. New work to including, but not limited to, metal stud with tile backer board, and ceramic tile partitions, ACT ceiling, LED light fixtures, plumbing modifications, plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, HDPE toilet partitions, concrete slab-on grade, and epoxy resin flooring. Corresponding Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems will also be included.
