General Contract: Provide all materials and labor for the comprehensive renovation of the gymnasium and commons areas, including approximately 13,200 S.F. of wood gym floor replacement, telescoping bleacher systems replacement, installation of new athletic equipment, approximately 12,500 S.F. of resilient flooring replacement, wood stage floor refinishing, wood framed construction, gypsum board assemblies, metal railings, selected door and hardware replacement, rolling door replacement, interior painting, signage and wall graphics. MEP work is commensurate to the project scope.
