Work to include the full renovation of two multi-user restrooms. Demolition work to include, but is not limited to, the removal of existing masonry partitions, concrete floor slabs, gypsum ceilings, floor finishes, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, toilet accessories, unit heaters, and exhaust fans. Abatement work includes the removal of existing VCT floor tile and mastic as required for saw cutting of concrete floor slab for plumbing renovation. New work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of new plumbing, new concrete slab infill, metal stud partitions, ceramic tile, epoxy flooring, HDPE toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, gypsum ceilings, unit heaters, exhaust fans, toilet accessories, and finish work.
