Work covered under this project consists of approximately 8,320 square feet of roof replacement. Demolition work includes removal and disposal of existing EPDM roofing membrane system and insulation down to the existing roof deck to remain including: associated gutters, copings, wood blocking, sheet metal trim/flashing, temporary removal of mechanical equipment, and other miscellaneous associated roof items. New work consists of new EPDM membrane system over new cover board, insulation and base sheet, new wood blocking, new sheet metal flashing, gutters and downspouts and re-installation of mechanical equipment as well as other associated roof items.
