Work to include the replacement of four rooftop mechanical units with new seismic roof curbs, new gas piping with supports, and a new ceiling suspended fabric duct assembly. Other Work to include, but not limited to, painting of gas lines and interior ductwork, EPDM roof modifications, and masonry wall infill from exhaust fan removal. Corresponding Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems will also be included.
