Work covered by the Bid shall include an approximately 3,928 square foot building addition with an approximately 230 square foot breezeway. a. Demolition work will consist of, but not limited to, the removal of existing exterior finishes, exterior doors, concrete walk, oil and chip drive, excavation for footings and foundations, and earthwork.
