Per the Project owner complete hard copy set must be purchased see below for details:
A. Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain after March 13, 2026 by contacting Paducah Blueprint & Supply, 999 Broadway, Paducah, KY 42001. Documents will be provided to prime bidders/ sub-contractors/ suppliers; only complete sets of documents will be issued.
Shipping: Additional shipping charges as determined by Paducah Blueprint will apply.
B. Electronic copies of documents may also be obtained provided one hard copy set as noted above is obtained prior. A nonrefundable amount determined by and payable to Paducah Blueprint shall be required. Due to the ease of sharing electronic information in a third-party arrangement or partial context, bidders are cautioned to reference the Instruction to Bidders Article 3.1.3 and the responsibilities for errors
