Job Description	In general, the project consists of procurement and construction of a two sided identification monument style sign with LED message boards and associated elements such as electrical circuitry and software provisions.
Job Purchase Information	Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain after December 22, 2025 by contacting Paducah Blueprint, 999 Broadway, Paducah, KY 42001. Documents will be provided to prime bidders/ sub-contractors/ suppliers; only complete sets of documents will be issued. Deposit (refundable amount): $250.00 made payable to the Marshall County Public Library. The $250 deposit will be held and refunded to each person who returns the plans and specifications in usable condition within fourteen (14) days of the bid opening date. After this fourteen-day period no refunds will be made for Plans and Specifications returned. A maximum of two sets may be obtained by refundable deposit. Additional sets over two may be purchased for $250.00 with no refund. Shipping: Additional shipping charges as determined by Paducah Blueprint will apply. ($20.00 payable to Paducah Blueprint and supply) Electronic copies of documents may also be obtained provided one hard copy set as noted above is obtained prior. A nonrefundable amount of $50.00, payable to Paducah Blueprint shall be required. Due to the ease of sharing electronic information in a third-party arrangement or partial context, bidders are cautioned to reference the Instruction to Bidders Article 3.1.3 and the responsibilities for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of bidding documents.
