DOCUMENTS: A. Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain after March 25, 2025 by contacting Paducah Blueprint, 999 Broadway, Paducah, KY 42001. Documents will be provided to prime bidders/ sub-contractors/ suppliers; only complete sets of documents will be issued.
Deposit(refundable amount): $400.00 made payable to the Ballard County Board of Education. The deposit will be held and refunded to each person who returns the plans and specifications in usable condition within fourteen (14) days of the bid opening date. After this fourteen day period no refunds will be made for Plans and Specifications returned. A maximum of two sets may be obtained by refundable deposit. Additional sets over two may be purchased for $400.00 with no refund. 2. Shipping: Additional shipping charges as determined by Paducah Blueprint will apply. (If shipping is required it'll be $25.00 non refundable)
B. Electronic copies of documents may also be obtained provided one hard copy set as noted above is obtained prior. A nonrefundable amount determined by and payable to Paducah Blueprint shall be required. That amount is $35.00 NON REFUNDABLE made Payable to Paducah Blueprint.
