Job Description

The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following Base Bid for:

1. General Contract: The Work of the Project, as defined in the Contract Documents, includes the removal of the existing dust collection system and all associated ductwork, and the installation of a new dust collection system complete with related Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work

1. Electronic Copy: $50.00 made payable to Paducah Blueprint.

2. Hard Copy: Two deposit checks made payable to Paducah Blueprin. One for  $75.00 non-refundable and One for $100.00 refundable upon return of documents in good condition to Paducah Blueprint within 30 days of the Bid Opening.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE

A. A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held October 01, 2025 / 10:00 am at the MURPHYSBORO HIGH SCHOOL, 50 BLACKWOOD DRIVE, MURPHYSBORO, IL 62966.

B. Pre-Bid Conference must be attended by all General Contractors submitting a bid to the School District. Attendance by Subcontractors is encouraged but not required. Project Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Project Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders, and delivered as follows:
