Job Description	Demolition of existing, portable concession stand building and construction of a new concession and restroom building adjacent to the school’s baseball and softball fields. Wood framed construction on concrete slab, with metal panel exterior cladding and asphalt shingle roof. MEP work for building conditioning, plumbing, and electrical. New sewer line connection from the city main, new water line and upgrade to the electrical service are part of the project. Preparation for future field lighting, minor site work and concrete pavement are also included.
