Job Description	The work for this project is related to Presidential Declaration of Disaster 4630-DR-KY. KY Severe Storms, Straight-Line Winds, Flooring and Tornados, dated December 12, 2021. This is an acknowledgement that FEMA Financial Assistance Awards will be used to fund a portion of the Project Contract. All Bidders shall comply with all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives including, but not limited to those found in the Volume One Project Manual Bidding and Contract Documents
Job Purchase Information	An electronic copy of the complete set of Drawings, Specifications, and the Project Manual are available at no cost from Paducah Blueprint, 999 Broadway Street, Paducah, KY 42001. If bidder desires hard copy of Drawings and Specifications, bidder will be responsible for paying the printing cost. Cost for hard copy set of bid documents is $75.00
Memo Notes	Bids will be due to Mayfield Electric and Water Systems at 301 East Broadway, Mayfield, KY 42066 by September 8, 2026 @ 1:00 PM CDT / 2:00 PM EDT. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Bond. The bid will be submitted in duplicate on copies of the Form of Proposal located in the Volume One Project Manual Bidding and Contract Documents. Both copies of the Form of Proposal and Bid Bond shall be placed in a manila envelope and have the Project Name and Proposed Bid Package number affixed. Electronic bids are not allowed. No Bidder may withdraw a bid submitted for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
