Job Description	The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following Base Bid for: 1. General Contract: Provide selective HVAC systems demolition, electrical power and fire alarm systems demolition, general ceiling demolition, and construction including new hydronic HVAC systems, RTU HVAC systems, exhaust systems, controls, ductwork, commensurate electrical and fire alarm items, and minor architectural items such as patching and painting.
