Job description	Work to include the renovation of an existing 109-year-old five story building. Renovation work includes, but not limited to, the addition of an exterior steel staircase, masonry tuckpointing, new aluminum storefront entrances on the exterior, refurbishing/modernizing of the original elevator, the installation of a building wide fire suppression system, the demolition of the existing penthouse structure, roof replacement, and the complete renovation of the top three floors. The Work on the top three floors includes, but not limited to, new metal stud and gypsum partitions, flooring, ceilings, casework, plumbing fixtures, lighting, upgraded electrical system, new HVAC system, wood doors with hollow metal frames, door hardware, and painting.
